Administrators for trials and subscriptions to McGraw Hill's resources will receive a series of emails in their inbox as part of the Customer Success team's onboarding communications. The admin will receive a combination of welcome emails and registration instructions for users (where applicable). The welcome emails will bring the admin to this onboarding page to help guide them through logging into the admin portal (where applicable), managing user accounts, access and authentication details, user support resources, and more.
Customer Success creates a variety of resources to promote user engagement, from faculty resources to enable course integration, to tools for students and practicing professionals for learning and continued education. Custom Live Training:
The Customer Success team is happy to meet with customers to provide in-depth training on their subscriptions. The team can meet with librarians, faculty, students (including new cohorts and orientations), residents, and more for training specific to those users. The team also is happy to meet with admins one-on-one to cover their specific questions regarding access issues, authentication, signing in as an admin and as a user, usage reports, etc.
