The Admin Dashboard enables faculty, academic affairs staff, and administrators to monitor student usage, performance, and progress.
Note: Token trials do not have access do not have access to the Admin Dashboard due to the nature of the token setup.
To Gain Access to the Admin Dashboard:
If you are the institutional administrator for your First Aid Forward account, you should have received an email from us with the subject, “First Aid Forward Admin Access Invite.”
- Open this email and click Accept Invitation to complete the account setup process.
- You can now access the Admin Dashboard. Sign in at https://firstaid.mheducation.com/
- You can also grant Admin Dashboard permissions to other faculty. To learn how to do this, see refer to the Clickable Demo--Invite Admins/Instructors (at right) or pages 5-7 of the Admin Dashboard User Guide (below).
If you are not the institutional administrator for your First Aid Forward Account, your First Aid Forward administrator will need to add admin dashboard permissions to your account. To get access:
- Reach out to your First Aid Forward Administrator to ask for access; if you don't know who your administrator is, contact CustomerSuccess@mheducation.com
- After your First Aid Forward Administrator adds Admin Permissions to your account, you will receive an email from us asking you to either Accept Invite or Accept Terms of Use.
- Click Accept Invite or Accept Terms of Use to sign into the Admin Dashboard.
- You will receive Accept Invite if you already have a First Aid Forward account
- You will receive Accept Terms of Use if you do not already have a First Aid Forward account--when you click Accept Terms of Use, an account is created for you with admin permissions
- You can now access the Admin Dashboard. Sign in at https://firstaid.mheducation.com/. The Admin Dashboard will open by default.
- To view First Aid Forward content, click Student View.
- To return to the Admin Dashboard, click Admin View.
