Create Your Account

To Create Your Account:

1. Go to [EDIT: add institutional landing page link] 

2. Click Create Account

3. Enter your [EDIT: Add institution name] email address [EDIT: Insert example like firstname.lastname@school.edu]. You must use your [EDIT: Add institution name] email address

4. You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email. A registration page will open

5. Enter your information; write down your username

6. Enter Access Code [EDIT: Insert Access Code] 

7. Click Sign Up

Welcome to Boards & Beyond! Sign in with your username and password using the [EDIT: add institutional landing page link]. You must sign in using this link at least once every 90 days to maintain access to our subscription.

Troubleshooting Tips

I tried creating an account, but I see a yellow pop-up that says “This email is already registered.”

This means you already have a Boards & Beyond account with your institutional email address. To fix this: 

  1. Sign into your the existing Boards & Beyond account
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Change your institutional email address to a personal email address
  4. Follow the steps again to create an account--you will now be able to create a new account with your institutional email (which you need to do to be affiliated with your institution's prepaid subscription)

I lost access to my account! 

Never fear! Your account is still active--but you may have lost your connection to our institutional subscription. Sign in using this link to get re-connected [EDIT: add institutional landing page link].

If that doesn't work, email BBCustomerService@mheducation.com
